My care at all times was very supportive, professional and compassionate.
I found it very effective and helpful and was extremely grateful for it at such a difficult and sensitive time of loss.

If I didn't come on a Tuesday, I would miss it. I look forward to my time here and the hospice has done a lot for me! I really enjoy all the activities they have to offer at the crafts table.

Toilets are a bit hot, I struggle to breath however the day service in general is a lovely place to be.

As far as I'm concerned I am more than happy with the service I receive here! I look forward Mondays the staff are very friendly and caring.

My mother died at the hospice in February 2015. She received wonderful care during her time at the hospice. I subsequently accepted the offer of bereavement counselling. It was one of the best decisions I have made. My counsellor was such gentle , reassuring and calm person. She helped me through the hardest time in my life and I shall never be able to thank her enough.
I could not recommend the counselling support enough.
Thank you all for providing it and for the care and support.

A great place with excellent staff nothing was to much trouble everybody looked after my dad extremely well so pleased with everything we couldn't of got better and after my dad past away they were all so lovely even with so many of us with my dad they looked after us all right to the end and beyond so thank full to them all

EVERYONE down to the cleaners, volunteers, they are helpful, cheerful and respectful , always asking if I need anything speaking when they pop in .the hospice doesn't just look after the patient you also look after the family's . what ever you do please do not change that as a family member that has stayed for quiet a while it is a calming. caring welcoming place I couldn't have asked for mum to pass away anywhere else . a big thank you and don't change anything.
